GZT series high frequency vibrating dehydration screen is used for dehydrating the coal slurry and the tailing ore in the coal mine or coal washing plant.In the coal plant,this screen works with chamber filter press and saves the investment and the cost.It fit for recycling the coal slurry in the coal plant at local place,which can reduce the subsiting area of the coal slurry and reduce the usage of the area.It also can be used under the well to solve the problem of recycling coal slurry in the mine after use explosion-proof motor owe to it's light and small.

1.Higher vibrating data:working frequency 25HZ,vibrating strength 7g;
2.It is vibrated fiercely using the self liquid lubricating vibrator and the screen frame is made of the specific noise-lowering material and is connected by strong bolt to ensure it is reliable and low noise in working.The whole machine noise is 85dB(A),which is about 15dB lower than the same type;
3.Set the arch screen palte in feeding stage to improve the dehydration efficiency;
4.Set the feeding box to ensure the feeding evenly onto the screen plate;
5.Equiped with the whole base frame to move and assembly;
6.Depend on the filtering layer on the screen to intercept the fineness and to dehydrate under squeezing.
►Working Priciple:
This screen adsorbed automatic sync technology,general eccentric blocks and vibrator.The two independent vibrator make reversed ratation at the same time to produce two centrifugal force,which overlay togather and form singe vibrating force which along the direction of vibration,this vibrating force force the screen box make straight reciprocating motion.
