►Single-stage Hammer Crusher Introduction:
This series is suitable for crushing materials with compression strength not more than 200MPa, like limestone, gypsum, coal, marl and sand shale, etc. And it has big crushing ratio(the feeding size can reach to 1000mm，and the discharging size is less than 25mm). As it features simplified crushing process, even product size, simple structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and economic operating expenses.

►Advantages :

1, large crushing ratio (typically 10-25, the higher up to 50), high production capacity, product uniformity, less than crushing phenomenon, low unit energy consumption, simple structure, light equipment quality, operation and maintenance easy and so on.

2, suitable for crushing all kinds of medium once and brittle materials.

3, the compressive strength of the material to be broken no more than 150 MPa.

4, the raw material of different sizes can be broken into uniform particles, under the procedures in order to facilitate processing, reliable mechanical structure, high production efficiency, applicability good.
