►Working Principle:
Hydraulic cone crusher is mainly consist of shaft,eccentric,ball bearings,hydraulic,safety device,adjustment ring,pulleys,racks.
In the working process,the pulleys or couplings,shafts and tapered part do the pendulum movement under the eccentric shaft axis periodically drove by the motor.When the material goes into the crushing chamber,they will pressed by eccentric shaft and rolling acetabular wall extrusion,grinding and rubbing.The hydraulic insurance system can make sure that the machine will exclude the objects automatically,which can protect the machine,improve the efficiency and reduce the maintenance rate greatly.
